HERBAL AND NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATIONS IN BLOOMINGTON, IN

During the first consultation, I use a detailed questionnaire to assess your health condition and a unique 3D energetic test to evaluate level of toxicity in your body and any Yin/Yang imbalances. Later on, you may be asked to fill a 5-day food diary and a simple symptom questionnaire.
A comprehensive program to improve your health condition will be worked out and will likely contain several steps as follows:
1) detoxification of environemental pollutants from your body using complex homeopathy and/or herbs (usually the first step in all programs)
2) emotional balancing as many conditions are related to old emotional and psychological traumas
3) hormonal balancing through herbs, homeopathy and special supplements to improve your body's functions
4) detection of environmental and food reactants; desensitization through complex homeopathy
5) suggestions how to improve your diet; computerized analysis of your symptoms to detect any vitamin/mineral deficiencies
6) enzymatic support to normalize your digestion and improve metabolic functions in your body
7) simple energy exercises to keep your energies flowing
As an herbalist, I offer as an option my own herbal formulas. I use only organically grown herbs, either from my own garden or purchased at Mountain Rose Herbs, OR, to prepare my herbal remedies.
As to other herbal and dietary supplements, I work with companies that supply their products only to the health professionals and whose quality is superior to most commercially available supplements.
Location: at my home on east side of Bloomington, IN, placed in a quiet natural woody setting of our 5-acre property, where lots of herbs are grown.
